Diffusion: Use 2–3 drops per 100ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each use.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 5% (e.g., 5 drops in 5 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Do not apply on the face or sensitive areas.
