Adolescents aged 15 and older, and adults: Usage is permitted. For topical application, dilution should not exceed 0.05%.

Diffusion: Use 1–2 drops per 100ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each spray.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 0.05% (e.g., 1 drop in 500 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Side effects: May cause drug interactions, inhibit blood clotting, affect the fetus, cause skin sensitization, and irritate mucous membranes if used in excessive amounts.
Do not use the product on the face and sensitive areas.
Caution (if used on skin): For people with very sensitive skin, illness, or injury, people using diabetes medication or anticoagulants; people with blood clotting disorders; and children under 15 years old.
