Breastfeeding women: Can be used. For topical use, dilute from 2.5% to a maximum of 5%.
Infants: Not to be used.
Children aged 1–2 years: Not to be used.
Children aged 2–6 years: Not to be used.
Children aged 6–15 years: Can be used but should start with a low concentration to evaluate before continued use. For topical use, maximum dilution is 3%, but it is recommended to start from 1.5% to assess before increasing the concentration.
Adolescents aged 15 and older, and adults: Can be used. For topical use, dilute from 2.5% to a maximum of 5%.

Diffusion: Use 3–4 drops per 100 ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each use.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 5% (e.g., 5 drops in 5 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Risk: May affect the central nervous system (CNS) and cause respiratory issues in young children.
Do not use on the face or sensitive areas.
Topical precautions: For individuals with very sensitive, diseased, or damaged skin, and for children under 15 years old.
