All Le Rustique products are carefully inspected before shipping. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong product, you may return it or request a refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Timeframe: Please submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and all accompanying accessories intact.
