Diffusion: Use 1–2 drops per 100 ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each use.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 0.5% (e.g., 1 drop in 50 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Side effects: May cause drug interactions, inhibit blood clotting, affect fetal development, cause skin sensitization or mucous membrane irritation if used above the recommended dilution.
Do not use on the face or sensitive areas.
