Diffusion: Use 2–3 drops per 100 ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each spray.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 1.3% (e.g., 13 drops in 50 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Risk: May inhibit blood clotting, cause skin irritation (low risk), and mucous membrane irritation (medium risk) if used in excessive concentrations.
Do not use the product on the face and sensitive areas.
