Children aged 6–15 years: Usage is permitted with caution. It is recommended to begin with a low concentration to assess individual response before continued use. For topical application, dilution should not exceed 3%, with an initial concentration of 1.5% advised for assessment. 
Adolescents aged 15 and older, and adults: Usage is permitted. For topical application, dilution should range from 2.5% to a maximum of 5%.

Diffuser: Add 3–4 drops per 100 ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each use.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum concentration of 5% (equivalent to 5 drops per 5 ml of carrier oil; 20 drops ≈ 1 ml).
