Adolescents aged 15 and older, and adults: Usage is permitted. For topical application, dilution should range from 2.5% to a maximum of 5%.

Diffusion: Use 3–4 drops per 100 ml of water.
Spray: Shake well before each use.
Topical Use: Dilute up to 5% (e.g., 1 drop per 1 ml carrier oil; ~20 drops = 1 ml).

Do not use the product on the face or sensitive areas.
