Return and Exchange Eligibility:
- Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns and exchanges for any scented candles that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong scented candle, we will gladly arrange a return and exchange for the correct item.
Return Guideline:
- The buyer must contact Customer Support within 5 business days since delivery to request a return. In addition, the package itself must be returned to our store within 15 days since delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and unaltered.
- Return in the original packaging along with all included accessories.
- Free promotional gifts are not eligible for returns.
How to Request:

Return Shipping Coverage:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the scented candle arrived damaged or defective, our store will cover the expense of return shipments and provide replacements.
